          How does the auto-follow work?
          
Both the G5 and the G1 Plus use UWB (ultra-wideband) positioning to follow
             you automatically at a distance you set between 0.5 and 4 meters — the
             factory default is 1.8 m. No remote in your hand while it follows. Both
             also offer power assist, cruise control, and remote / app control.

        

        

          Which model should I choose?
          
Choose the G5 ($1,199) for the longest range — 45 holes from a 25.2V / 10.4Ah
             battery — and the flagship six-wheel build at about 18.5 kg. Choose the
             G1 Plus ($1,099) if you want the lightest follow caddy: 14.9 kg net,
             36 holes per charge, and a longer 70 m remote range.

        

        

          How much is shipping, and how fast?
          
Delivery is free, and both models are in stock in the US. Orders ship in
             7–14 days — that is the dispatch time, before transit. After an order is
             placed, the order is confirmed by email, and tracking information is sent

          What if there is a quality issue — can I return or exchange?

Yes. A spare battery for the G5 is $250 and for the G1 Plus is $160.
