Spare batteries are sold separately — G5 $250, G1 Plus $160, each with a 6-month warranty. The charger charges the battery, and business users can buy several extra batteries to keep machines running continuously. Email us to order a spare battery.
The bigger 10.4Ah battery covers up to 45 holes, and the six-wheel chassis is the more planted option when the course gets steep or uneven.
At 14.9 kg it is noticeably easier to lift in and out of the car, still follows hands-free, and covers a full 36 holes on a charge.

NXTektal sells by inquiry, so every order is confirmed by a person before anything ships. Retail and wholesale follow the same four steps.
Retail: tell us which model (G5 or G1 Plus) and how many. Wholesale (smaller retailers and golf courses): include your business name and the quantity you have in mind — wholesale pricing is quoted by quantity. We reply to confirm the model, quantity, total, and delivery details before you commit. If anything in the quote looks wrong, reply to that email and we will correct it — nothing is final until you confirm.
Both models are stocked in the US and delivery is free. Orders are dispatched in 7–14 days — that is the time until your order leaves the warehouse, not the day it arrives at your door. After shipping, tracking/logistics information is sent to you by email.
Charge the battery fully before your first round (about 4 hours). Every caddy is covered by a 6-month warranty — if something goes wrong, start with the checks below or email us.
After-sales & warranty
Every G5 and G1 Plus includes a 6-month warranty. Most issues we see are fixed by one of the checks below — run through the list for your symptom before you write in, and tell us which steps you already tried.
Caddy won't start, stops mid-round, or won't charge.
Remote doesn't respond, or range seems short.
Caddy won't follow, follows too close, or loses you.
Anything more complex goes to a person. Motor, chassis, electronics, or damage issues aren't self-service — email us with your model, a short description, and a photo or video if you can. Warranty claims are handled under the 6-month warranty through the same address.

Both follow you hands-free with UWB positioning and offer follow, boost, cruise, and remote/app control. The G5 ($1,199) is the flagship: a larger 25.2V 10.4Ah battery rated for up to 45 holes, six wheels, and about 18.5 kg. The G1 Plus ($1,099) is the lighter option at 14.9 kg with five wheels, a 25.2V 7.8Ah battery rated for up to 36 holes, and a longer remote range (70 m vs 50 m). The G5 also climbs up to 40° and measures 726 × 622 × 364.5 mm folded and 726 × 622 × 1085 mm open.
The caddy tracks the UWB signal from its remote, which you carry with you. Set your preferred following distance anywhere from 0.5 m to 4 m (the factory default is 1.8 m), switch to follow mode, and the caddy keeps that distance as you walk — no hands on the handle needed.
The G5. Its battery is rated for up to 45 holes, which leaves headroom for hilly courses and hot days. The G1 Plus is rated for up to 36 holes, so back-to-back rounds leave no margin.
Yes. Both models have four control modes: follow, boost (powered push assist), cruise (steady set speed), and remote/app control. Follow is the headline feature, not the only way to drive it.

Delivery is free. Orders ship from stock held in the US — not from overseas.
It is the dispatch window: your order leaves the warehouse within 7–14 days of confirmation. It is not a promise that the caddy arrives at your door within 7–14 days — transit time comes on top of that.

Yes. Wholesale pricing is quoted by quantity, so there is no public price list. Send a wholesale inquiry with your business name and the quantity you are considering, and we will reply with a quote.
The G5 (25.2V 10.4Ah) is rated for up to 45 holes per charge; the G1 Plus (25.2V 7.8Ah) for up to 36 holes. Both batteries are removable and take about 4 hours to charge fully. Hills, heavy bags, and very soft ground shorten the real-world range.
Yes — spare batteries can be bought separately. A spare G5 battery is $250 and a spare G1 Plus battery is $160, each with a 6-month warranty. The charger charges the battery, so a charged spare can be swapped in to keep the caddy going. Business users can buy several extra batteries to keep machines running continuously. First check your follow distance setting (0.5–4 m, default 1.8 m) — very short distances can make the caddy behave erratically, and 1.5 m or more is the comfortable range. Make sure you are carrying the remote (the caddy follows the remote's signal), and start follow mode standing still in an open area away from walls and parked carts. Charge the remote (it charges separately from the main battery), check you are within range — 70 m for the G1 Plus, 50 m for the G5, in open ground — and power-cycle the caddy. The remote checklist above walks through each step.
